Allyson Carson is a visionary leader and passionate advocate across multiple sectors. Her journey is marked by a commitment to forging new paths and serving others, from pioneering victim services at the state level to spearheading statewide nonprofits and launching her own successful consulting firm. At the heart of Allyson's approach lies a profound understanding of the power of connection.

As the executive director of the Oklahoma Defense Industry Association (ODIA), she channels her passion for the aerospace, defense, and national security sectors into ensuring the success of industry stakeholders. Her strategic vision and networking prowess have been instrumental in amplifying ODIA's presence and influence within the defense industry.

In addition to her role at ODIA, Allyson is the founder and principal of Roserock Strategies, LLC. This venture leverages her extensive, cross-industry network to provide advocacy, consultancy, and connection services to entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and other entities facing complex challenges.

For close to a decade, Allyson served as the membership director for Leadership Oklahoma, where she spearheaded member relations efforts and fostered leadership networking opportunities. Her earlier career in the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office saw her play a pivotal role in developing statewide programs for victim services, including the Victim Information & Notification Everyday (VINE) system.

She has been an active participant in various committees, task forces, and boards, including her current positions on the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Board, the OETA Aerospace & Defense Business Advisory Board, and the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center Advisory Board. A notable highlight was serving as a judge for the Miss Oklahoma pageant in 2023. Allyson has participated in the Tinker Air Force Base Honorary Commander Program (HCP), the 552nd Air Control Wing HCP, and is chairing the Woody Williams Foundation Oklahoma City Gold Star Families Memorial Monument project.

Allyson graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Family Relations and Child Development. She is a proud member of Leadership Oklahoma Class XXIII. Her contributions have been recognized through various awards, including a Governor's Commendation for service to crime victims, the Women in Law Enforcement's "Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year", and inclusion in respected "40 Under 40" lists.

Allyson resides in Oklahoma with her husband, Steve. Together, they cherish their blended family, which includes four children, two sons-in-law, and six grandchildren, and they embody the values of connection and service that have been central to Allyson's distinguished career.
