Todd Pauley
With over two decades of federal and state political, legislative and legal experience, Todd Pauley has provided public affairs, public policy, and fundraising support to higher education, non-profits, faith-based and community organizations, political action committees (PACs) and numerous political campaigns.
Currently a Director, Government Operations with The Boeing Company, Todd most recently served as a Presidential appointee with the White House Initiative on Faith and Opportunity, the White House Initiative for Historically Black Colleges and Universities and with the U.S. Small Business Administration responsible for the Regional Innovation Cluster Program. Todd previously has held the positions of Vice Chancellor for Governmental Relations for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Finance Director, Political Director, and Legal Counsel to U.S. Senator James Lankford and Executive Director at LANKPAC. Prior to those roles, Todd served as Senior Advisor and Business and Community Liaison with Congressman Lankford (OK-5). Before joining Senator Lankford, Todd held positions of Field Representative to Congresswoman Mary Fallin (OK-5), and Partner, Legal Counsel, and Project Director at Sagac Public Affairs. Sagac specializes in management, public policy and market research, issue advocacy, fundraising and electioneering for candidates and political action committees, trade associations, and advocacy organizations.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Belmont University (Nashville, TN). He received a Juris Doctor degree and a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Oklahoma City University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
Todd, his wife Wendy, daughter, Mary Kathryn and son Riley Pauley live in Oklahoma City.
