Tucker McHugh is an independent financial consultant advising small business start ups, existing emerging and seasoned for profit private companies that are in need of financial assistance. He is a long time member of the Oklahoma City Navy League, veteran and retired U.S. Naval Officer. Notably, McHugh served as Co-chair to build a memorial for the USS Oklahoma WW II battleship sunk December 7, 1941.
